If you look closely, I actually don't refer to this particular tactic as a "scam" anywhere in this article. It's certainly "spam" though, as in a lot of these tracks are reposted ad naseum, and it's definitely breaking Spotify's internal rules (at least the ones I got a hold of) so I think it's safe to say this still should fall under "The Cheater's Guide to Spotify" rubric.
